When in doubt…cook the one thing you know your Hubs loves.
I couldn’t cook much when I first got married. Shocker, right?! I come from a family of seven…why didn’t I sit still long enough to learn?? *shrugs* oh well.
The first fish dinner I made for Hubs? Tilapia. And he loved it.
All I did was chop tomato, garlic, fresh basil, added butter, and fresh thyme. Poured white wine (DRY white wine only) over the fish, wrapped it in foil and stuck it in the oven at 325 for about 10-15 min. DONE. And Done.
I made this tonight because I didn’t feel like thinking…just was hungry and needed to have dinner ready.
